Product details
KORA Pro Hybrid (N1) is an automatic noodle cooking machine using an induction cooker, operated mainly via a 10.1 inch touch screen. Users select dishes on the screen, place the bowl on the stove and add noodles, the machine automatically supplies the correct amount of water and preset time for each dish. While cooking, the machine gives step-by-step instructions with images and voice, when to stir, when to add eggs, so people who have never used it can still cook right away and the quality of the dish remains uniform.
The machine uses a hybrid water supply system: the same device can both be directly connected to the water line and can also use a 1.5L tank, switching at any time according to ground conditions. The menu can have a maximum of 16 dishes, expanding from noodles to udon, tteokbokki and rice and soup dishes, customized for each market. The screen supports 8 languages and displays 3 languages simultaneously, including Vietnamese.
The dedicated administration mode allows the operator to manually change menus, enable QR codes to turn on the machine, adjust the volume, track the number of meals cooked and run the descaling function. The induction cooker is separate from the machine body, making cleaning and maintenance convenient. While waiting to cook, the screen can play promotional videos or brand content, turning the device into a point-of-sale media touch point.
Actual operating results (according to data provided by the supplier): at the Han River Fireworks Festival in Seoul, each machine operates about 200 - 300 sets a day and remains stable throughout the event, with no errors. The machine has an anti-overvoltage and overheating mechanism with sensors and fuses to protect the circuit board, achieving KC, CB, CCC certification and electromagnetic safety certification.
How to use: select language and dish on the screen, place the bowl on the stove, add noodles and seasoning packet and press start. The machine automatically supplies water and begins to boil, the user follows the instructions displayed on the screen. If you want the fibers to be softer or have more juice, touch the add water button or add more time right during cooking. If there is an existing water line, connect it directly; if not, use a tank and periodically refill the water.

In Vietnam, Korean noodles are familiar to young consumers, while the self-service model is increasingly popular in convenience stores, internet cafes, amusement parks and food courts - places that do not have kitchens and do not arrange cooking staff. Automatic cooking equipment with instruction screens is therefore considered suitable for convenience store chains, unmanned sales models and points of sale that want to add new dishes without requiring kitchen staff.
